The Orphanage of the Daughters of the Holy Heart of Mary in Cabrousse, Senegal, is part of a broader mission by the religious Congregation founded in 1858 by Monseigneur Aloyse Kobès. Active in over nine African countries, the sisters have been running the Cabrousse orphanage since 2009.
This orphanage currently cares for 22 boys and 14 girls, providing them with not only food and shelter but also emotional, educational, and spiritual support. In addition to the orphanage, the sisters operate health clinics, maternity units, and educational centers for preschool and primary children. They also play a key role in religious education and child pastoral care, deeply committed to nurturing the well-being and growth of each child.

On September 04, 2021, the NDIMBEUL association in partnership with KEMOIL SA, inaugurated the first millet mill machine project in the village of KEUR MADIAMBA.
The staple food of this population remains largely millet transformed into couscous for the evening meal and to a lesser extent for breakfast.
To have couscous (finished product), the women of Keur Madiamba have to walk 5 km (village of Tiafrara) to go and grind the millet.
This is a very recurrent phenomenon in many areas of Senegal which does not alleviate the tasks of rural women.
This Mill allowed these brave women to develop other income-generating activities and improve their living conditions.
